SnapDM is operated by ONE WEBSOFT PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”). We provide software that helps you manage Instagram-related workflows, including automations connected to your own accounts, subject to platform rules and your configuration.

Instagram and Meta data
When you connect an Instagram account, we process Instagram-related data only as needed to provide the automation and messaging features you enable—for example to send replies or DMs you configure. We do not use your Instagram data for unrelated purposes; processing is limited to operating the product you signed up for, subject to Meta’s platform terms and your settings.
Data handling
We handle personal information in line with this policy: we collect only what we need to deliver and secure the service, limit access to authorized personnel and subprocessors acting on our instructions, and apply technical and organizational safeguards.
