Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as described below or where required by applicable law. By subscribing, you authorize ONE WEBSOFT PRIVATE LIMITED (via our payment partner) to charge the payment method you provide according to the plan, price, and billing cycle shown at checkout and in your billing portal.

Paid access is provided on a recurring basis (for example monthly or yearly) unless otherwise stated. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel according to the cancellation process in your account.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing or account settings available in the product. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund fees already charged unless a refund applies under this policy or law.

We may consider refunds in situations such as:

• Duplicate charges or clear billing errors attributable to us or the payment processor
• Service unavailability for an extended period due to a material fault on our side (case-by-case)
• Where mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction require a refund or cooling-off remedy

Refund eligibility is assessed in good faith and may require reasonable verification.

• Change of mind after purchase
• Issues caused by third-party platforms, account restrictions, or policy violations outside our control
• Partial periods after a renewal where the Service was available
• Violations of our Terms of Service or abuse of the Service

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and loss of access while disputes are resolved.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do.
