Terms of Service

You must have authority to enter these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

SnapDM provides tools to configure and run automations and related workflows connected to services you authorize. Features, limits, and availability may change; we may add or remove functionality with reasonable notice where appropriate.

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or systems
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or deceptive content
• Circumvent technical limits, security measures, or usage restrictions
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Service except as permitted by law
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the Service or other users.

The Service may interoperate with third-party platforms (for example social or messaging APIs). Your use of those platforms is subject to their terms and policies. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, changes, or enforcement actions. You are responsible for compliance with platform rules when using automation features.

The Service, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service during your subscription. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a license to host, process, and display such content as needed to operate the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR, IF NO FEES APPLIED, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE EQUIVALENT IN YOUR BILLING CURRENCY). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You will defend and indemnify us and our affiliates, officers, and employees against third-party claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk, or legal reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction we designate for SnapDM, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your country. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may modify these Terms. We will post updates on this page and may provide additional notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
